Objectifs visés
Over the course of the year, you will obtain a solid foundation in core business concepts, specialize in a particular area through our majors, in a multicultural environment.
Core courses are taken by all students together whereas during the elective courses you may be in class with students from other programs. Throughout the year, students also go through continuous personal and professional development activities such as mentoring, networking, preparation of CV, interviews, placements, and so on.
Contenu
The Global MBA is a 12-month full-time program, taught in English in Paris - La Défense, Europe’s premier business district, which is also home to the ESSEC Executive Education campus.
The intensive program has a unique architecture. Over the course of one year, MBAs can expect to gain a solid foundation in core business concepts in a multicultural environment while sharpening their hard and soft skills. The focus is to provide a globally integrated and highly customized journey that will help participants become innovative, responsible, and digital-savvy leaders prepared to succeed in high-return
& high-impact careers. The programme offers electives in three integrated topics: (1) sustainability; (2) digital leadership; (3) innovation & entrepreneurship.
Participants will also choose up to two Career Learning Lab(s), and benefit from industry specific workshops, networking opportunities, and global learning expeditions. By the end of the curriculum, they will have the opportunity to apply all their acquired skills to an internship, a venture project or a global field project.
With a wide range of activities organized by the Career Learning Labs, from global learning expeditions to workshops, masterclasses, networking events, alumni get-togethers, a dedicated MBA team will offer personalized guidance and resources to tailor your journey to your specific career ambitions and trajectory.
Public Cible
The Global MBA is designed for high-potential professionals looking to make a career leap.
- Are you motivated to fast-track your career on an international scale by gaining relevant skills and networks?
- Are you looking to advance to the next level of management, to start your own business or enhance your existing business skills?
- Are you at least 25 years old at the time of application?
- Do you have at least 3 years of post-university professional experience? (Internships generally do not qualify)
- Do you have a competitive GMAT or GRE score and an advanced level of English?

Prérequis
You are not required to have a professional background in any specific specialization. Our students come from a variety of professional backgrounds and are able to realize their professional ambitions in the industry of their choice.
You are not required to speak French.
However, for students attending the ESSEC France Campus, we do encourage international participants to learn French in order to have a truly rich experience while in France or if they wish to find a job in France afterwards. ESSEC's Language Department offers a number of languages to choose from as elective course, which are included in the tuition fee.
